Built for how you'll use it

Pole barns for boats, RVs, equipment and workshops

Keep your boat out of the Gulf Coast sun and rain, and ready to hook up and go.

RV & camper covers

Covered space for your motorhome, camper or travel trailer, with the clearance to match.

Equipment storage

Protect tractors, trailers, mowers, tools and work equipment from the weather.

Workshops & enclosed shops

A secure place to work, organize and store your gear, on a concrete slab with power if you need it.

One licensed contractor

More than a pole barn builder

A pole barn usually means more than posts and metal panels. As a state-licensed contractor, we can coordinate the building with the site work and trades your project needs, so you're not juggling three or four different companies.

  • A clear scope, project planning and a written quote
  • Open-sided and fully enclosed building options
  • Concrete slab work available
  • Electrical and plumbing available when included in your scope
Gulf Coast weather

Built for coastal wind and rain

Wind-load requirements are higher close to the coast than they are inland. We plan post size, embedment, truss and roof attachment around the requirements for your location and permit. We also look at drainage and ground conditions before anything goes in the ground.

Good to know

Pole barn questions

What's included in the open pole barn starting price?

The open-barn packages cover a basic pole-and-roof configuration. They don't include exterior wall panels or a concrete slab unless your written quote specifically includes them. Size, height, site preparation, engineering and the options you choose all affect the final price.

What's included in the enclosed shop starting price?

The enclosed-shop packages are based on a basic post-frame structure with exterior walls and a concrete slab. Doors, windows, insulation, interior finish, electrical, plumbing, site work and other options get confirmed in your project scope.

Can you handle the slab, electrical and plumbing?

Yes. Lee Swimming Pools is a state-licensed contractor and can provide concrete slab, electrical and plumbing work when it's needed and included in the agreed project scope.

Can I build a different size?

Yes. The sizes and prices shown are common starting packages. Send us the dimensions you want and how you plan to use the building, and we'll put together a quote for your project.

Will my site or building requirements change the price?

They can. Ground conditions, clearing, drainage, access, fill, wind-load requirements, building height, door sizes, permits and utility work can all affect the final scope and price.

Do you build pole barns outside the Gulf Coast?

We focus on south Mississippi, from Bay St. Louis to Ocean Springs and inland to Picayune, Wiggins and Lucedale. If you're nearby, call (228) 467-9929 and we'll let you know if we can take on your project.
